With a single language from the beginning to the end of the process, the project is calculated by our software, it allows us to analyze the whole tower and calculate all the dimensions of the balconies, so that you can apply the railing created on all facades.
Our software determines in millimeters the number of profiles of each shape we need, as well as the exact number of accessories (screws, feet, bushings, etc.) it will edit a list of profiles with the exact length and colors of each .
Once this study is completed, we present the project to the architect and builder. Once we have validated the quote, our team will visit the site to check that all the dimensions are correct.
The order is placed with our extruder partners (ASA ALU / PROFILES / HYDRO / ...) according to the exact needs of the project. The profiles are received in our factory, our machining centers and our robots receive the manufacturing orders via our software which is connected to machines loaded with 6m profiles, they can cut and drill to the nearest millimeter.
Each part leaves the machining center at the end of the line, machined, drilled and cut without error. All our parts are labeled with a QR code that allows us to scan at any time, know exactly what it corresponds to and where it should be placed.
All the railings are numbered in the order of installation on site and therefore packaged before the certification of a quality which means that the product complies with the technical standards and respects the BUGAL SOFTWARE Plan of digitization. Our grids are ready to ship.
When the truck arrives at the site, it is unloaded, the installers can remove the guardrails in order to install the building.
The pallets are distributed by floor. Simply drill holes in the concrete slab to install the railing perfectly in size, place the rings and screw them to fix perfectly.
Our handrail is attached last to ensure a scratch-free product and perfect quality.
